Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes âś…. All photos on BuyBag.lk are taken directly from our suppliers or in-house studio. What you see is exactly what you will receive. Small variations in color may occur due to screen settings, but size, design, and features are guaranteed.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you complete your order, a digital invoice/receipt will be emailed to you immediately. You can also log in to your BuyBag.lk account → My Orders to download past invoices at any time.

How can I return an item?

If you’re not satisfied with your bag, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags/packaging. To request a return, simply contact our support team at support@buybag.lk or call our hotline.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

Yes. Many of our popular school bags, laptop backpacks, and travel suitcases are restocked regularly. If a product is sold out, you can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back.

Where can I ship my order?

We provide islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka 🚚 — including Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, and rural towns. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, and express Colombo delivery is often available within 24 hours.
